LIVING DEAD IN DALLAS (Sookie Stackhouse Book#2), Charlaine Harris- Our favorite table waiting, mind reading, blonde and vivacious vampire lover is at it again. Now she's solving mysteries for the not-so-dead! It seems like Stackhouse has a black cloud over her head these days. First, her co-worker gets murdered, then Sookie is poisoned by some freaky but beautiful beast. She survives the attack solely because the friendly neighborhood vampires volunteer to suck the poison from her veins, after a goblin licks her wounded back! Gross! Now, she owes these lifesavers a huge favour. She must travel to Dallas and use her telepathic skills to search for a missing vampire. Of course she ends up in a bind that I would never be able to unwind! (I deserve a Grammy nod for my rhyming abilities). Leave it up to Sookie to defeat the bad guys and triumph in the end. This is a fun read!♥♥♥♥- I LIKE IT!
